As well as providing legal guidance and support my website allows me to share my passion for research on all things relating to therapy, nutrition and well-being.

I am especially interested in ways of managing anxiety and stress which can be brought on by family legal matters.

Over the years I have met some wonderful people in the health and well-being industry.  My website enables me to introduce you to a few of them, so that they can share their vast knowledge, wisdom and stories.

Over the past 15 years I have researched and explored many different forms of therapy from mainstream counselling to obscure alternative therapies, to manage and cope with emotional stress.

My website features various articles from my journey in the hope that you will find something that resonates with you or at the very least keep you entertained. I hope you enjoy it!
